Psychosynthesis

Roberto Assagioli was a psychoanalyst who trained under Freud. He created psychosynthesis in the 1930s and it has continued to evolve ever since. It is a psychospiritual psychology of love and will.

Psychosynthesis provides a context for looking at what is emerging. Problems that arise may be heralds of a greater call to the Self, to come home to the greater nature of our being. We often identify with roles that we have, our individual stories and we can get caught in mindsets and beliefs which can trap us in a limiting experience of ourselves and the world around us.
